Since I was discussing two-time Oscar winner Ben Affleck in another thread. Who are the famous actors who have one, but not for their primary profession?

I can think of Stallone who won one for writing and current Doctor Peter Calpaldi who won one for Best Live Action Short.

Turns out Stallone didn't win one for best screen-play, meaning that the current Batman and Doctor have both pulled off this odd trick.

While Michael Douglas did win a Best Actor award for Wall Street, he first won one as the producer of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

Before he died, Charlie Chaplin finally won a competitive Oscar in 1973 for the Original Dramatic Music for Limelight. That film was made in 1952 but not released in Los Angeles until 1972, and thus it was eligible for an Academy Award that year.
