Reviews of the sound quality are most disappointing.

Then Chris is definitely the one who should buy this.

I've heard this one before-not a full show and utterly dreadful sound quality.

Worse than Rerun bootlegging the Doobie Brothers on What's Happening with his tape recorder!

I wish they'd release that tape and get it on CD. I wonder if any of the surviving cast members of WH have it still...?

8-)

Sound quality isn't great, but for what this is -- basically, a glorified bootleg -- it's not the worst, either. I've bought boots with far worse sound quality.

What is peculiar is that each song fades out -- in some cases, before the song has actually ended!

This affects "Intruder," which of course, like all bad live album indexing, tacks it on the end of the previous track, "Ice Cream Man." So "Intruder" fades out ever so briefly and then fades back in as..."Pretty Woman."

I suspect most (if not all) of these tracks were taken from the US Festival '83.

If yer a hardcore fan, it's worth it by mah reckoning.

I almost with they would make these radio broadcasts illegal. We'd probably get the true sound boards if that happened. It's kind of like the Grateful Dead only allowing MP3's & audies on Internet Archives.org. I'll pass.....................
