Sad when i learn about it from an email from TCM selling DVD's!
I really wish it was year around. I like the extra daylight (& are there ANY non corporate farmers left? That's who the law was supposed to benefit; small farms); but I HATE losing the hour of sleep tonight.

I'm with Geff - I'd like to stay on DST all year long. I hate when it gets dark so early in the winter. Too early to do anything outside in the early part of standard time when it's still warm enough.

I hate DST as well. My section of Indiana hadn't had to change time back & forth for decades until our last jackass governor changed things (he's the same jerk that brought us the Amazon sales tax & a totally unnecessary interstate highway extention).
I don't want to lose an hour of listening to music!

One of the point of my post was that it says something about our day & age that having dropped the newspaper, cable TV & my net news home page "My Yahoo" was recently totally f'd up with a redesign, I have ONLY heard about this through the TCM daylight savings time dvd sale add received in an email.  There was a time not long ago that the DST change would have been the only thing people talked about today!
