Wow. I didn't know Joe Sinnott was still around.

I wish I could go and meet you guys. Are you planning for any conventions in the summer?

Not only is Joe still around, but at age 87, he's back inking The Amazing Spider-Man Sunday comic strip, all the while on the mend from shoulder surgery. He's the best!

No plans as yet. I'll post something if/when that changes.

I remember reading that interview with Sinnot in the old Comics Scene magazine (1982?) and thinking what a great guy.

(I was so happy when I saw the first issue of the magazine on the drug store rack. Living in a rural area at the time, I had no idea that there were people who were taking comic books as seriously as I and who wanted these interviews and the behind-the-scenes happenings at Marvel and DC. I didn't even know that there were independent comics until then.)
