According to the Blondie website, purchasers of tickets for the band's fall tour will get "five exclusive new Blondie tracks from the forthcoming album":
“Make A Way”
“Drag You Around”
“Can’t Stop Wanting”
“A Rose By Any Name”
“I Screwed Up”
Two of these (“Can’t Stop Wanting” and “A Rose By Any Name”) are not on the album tracklist previously posted... pair them with the previously released download-only tracks, and Blondie collectors are enjoying life at the moment.

Ghosts Of Download might end up being Blondie's final album:

Debbie Harry is considering calling time on Blondie, says bandmate Clem Burke
Blondie drummer Clem Burke has revealed that singer Debbie Harry is considering bringing the band to an end after nearly 40 years.
"Debbie is 11 years older than the rest of us, so it's on her mind," 57-year-old Burke told the Daily Mail. "We've tried to keep it going for as long as possible, but it's not just up to me. Nothing is finalised yet, but obviously there's no Blondie without Debbie Harry."
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Harry told the newspaper: "They are in a hiatus at the moment. They will do some tour dates next year. Nothing is confirmed yet."
Blondie completed an extensive UK tour earlier this month (July), including a set at Isle Of Wight Festival, and have a run of North American dates scheduled during September and October. The band are due to release a new album called 'Ghosts Of Download' later this year and the lead single, 'A Rose By Any Name', which features Gossip singer Beth Ditto, was released on iTunes last month.
The legendary band formed in New York in 1974 and went on hiatus eight years later, shortly after the release of their sixth album 'The Hunter'. Since reforming in 1997, the band have toured regularly and released three studio albums: 'No Exit' (1997), 'The Curse Of Blondie' (2003) and 'Panic Of Girls' (2011).

Blondie dispute Debbie Harry retirement rumours
Blondie have denied rumours that Debbie Harry is considering retirement following comments made by drummer Clem Burke this week.
Burke was quoted as saying that he thought Harry may be considering bringing the band to an end after 40 years, saying: "Debbie is 11 years older than the rest of us, so it's on her mind. We've tried to keep it going for as long as possible, but it's not just up to me. Nothing is finalised yet, but obviously there's no Blondie without Debbie Harry." His comments were backed by a spokesperson for the band who said: "They are in a hiatus at the moment. They will do some tour dates next year. Nothing is confirmed yet."
However, a message posted on the Blondie Facebook page last night (July 29) calmed the situation, stating that the band were not going anywhere and that Debbie Harry has no immediate plans to retire. "No plans to stop working, don’t believe everything you read," reads the message.

Looks like the Ghosts Of Download album is out in March and now called Blondie 4(0) Ever and will be the studio album attached to a best-of that may be re-recordings.
Here's what I found (there was also an interview in vanity Fair this month confirming this):
The album was originally scheduled to be released in November 2013 but the release was pushed back to January 2014 to avoid the rush of albums released for the Christmas period. On 31 December 2013, Debbie Harry stated in an interview with Anderson Cooper that the album would be released in March 2014.
It was announced in the February 2014 issue of Vanity Issue Magazine, for which Debbie Harry was photographed, that the album will be released as part of a special package entitled Blondie 4(0) Ever (marking the band's 40th anniversary) which will also include a CD of the band's biggest hits, re-recorded and remixed in 2013.
The final January 2014 issue of Mojo Magazine in the UK confirmed the album's release date as March 17, 2014, to be supplemented with the "Blondie 40th Anniversary World Wide Tour".
