I'm sure someone looking for a budget collection would, this is just another is Universal's series, not some Heart specific project.

Yep, seems impossible to get a Heart comp right. The box had way too little of the "MTV" era, and this comp has way too much. 4 of 11 songs from the self-titled album.

This collection might still be tempting if it had the remixes of Never and Nothin' At All. Were those ever legally released on CD anywhere?

If they wanted to get a Heart collection right they could just release David's (I think it was David) homemade rarities collection (the first three discs at a minimum!).

With collections like that one, who needs the official stuff?

Actually, The Essential Heart is a fantastic comp and the only one that got it right from all labels. The 3.0 version was even better which is rare because those are usually worse.

David's comp would be awesome (although I'd ditch the solo stunes), but that would make too much sense!

I just realized I bought the boxset when it was released but I havent listened to it, let alone look through it! LOL
