IP, Do you remember watching this on channel 48 in Philly in the early 80s?

Hell and yes!

I also remember running home from school every day to see this, Ultra-Man and Space Giants. Ch. 17 also showed these introduced by Wee Willie Webber! I have a picture signed by him with Ultra-Man. Those were the days man.

There was a movie version of this edited from various episodes and shown on Creature Feature when I was a little kid in Boston. I was always disappointed if Creature Feature showed some lame black and white horror movie with people standing around talking a lot, but Godzilla or Johnny Sokko...oh boy. Pure excitement.
