If God himself (or herself, whatever you think) could descend from the heavens and hand you a stack of comics or a collected edition of any comic your heart desires, what would it be?
A 'lost' run of comics, like another Lee and Kirby run of Fantastic Four or Steve Ditko going for another year or two on Amazing Spider-Man? Maybe a 'dream' book, like Alan Moore / Steve Rude on Superman or Wolfman / Byrne doing an epic Titans/X-Men crossover? Or perhaps no superheroes at all, you just want to see Darwyn Cooke draw a James Bond story or maybe Alex Ross paint an epic Conan tale?
YOU CHOOSE!

I would love to see a competent continuation of Marvelman. Nothing like Before Watchmen, though. And ignore the Gaiman issues.

While I enjoyed Larsen's run, I'd most like to see Alan Moore complete Supreme and have the entire thing be redrawn by Brian Bolland for the modern scenes and Steve Rude for Golden Age scenes, Mike Allred for Silver Age scenes, and Jim Starlin for Bronze Age scenes. Alex Ross does all the covers.

Through 1968 ... through the equivalent amount of work that Ditko ended up doing on The Blue Beetle, which were probably ideas he originally intended for The Amazing Spider-Man. I wonder how he might have altered the direction of comics had he been doing that stuff in a big mainstream title rather than a little Charlton series.

I would love to live in the Universe where Alan Moore continued on his Supreme and Judgement Day stuff. Instead I live in the one where he concentrates on Chutuhulu sex stories.

Wolfman and Perez' New Teen Titans / X-Men book featuring both teams facing off against Brother Blood and the Hellfire Club.
Byrne's next 22 issues of Alpha Flight, putting the toys back in the box with his final issue, number 50.
I will take the Marvelman projects already listed as well.
Alan Davis staying on FF after his first three issues of Heroes Return in the mid-90s.

Another run of All Star Superman, this time drawn by Swan and Anderson.
A series set on Earth 1 (the Pre-Crisis Earth 1, with the main heroes now in their 60's and a third generation coming into place) drawn by Jim Aparo.
A series set on Earth 2, with Infinity Inc, their grown children, and the very few remaining JSA members. Drawn by Jerry Ordway.

I wish Peter David could have had a completely different final year(or 2) on Hulk...and ditch the downbeat finale.

I would be happy if Jim Aparo and Bob Haney (with a rotation of other writers, perhaps) could have continued with Brave & Bold for at least 500 more issues. Sometimes I like to read good ol' compressed superhero stories and Aparo always delivered what I consider the most underrated art of the 70's early 80's.
I would also like to see Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez on a 100 issue run of DC Comics Presents.
A sequel to Enigma by Milligan and Fegredo would be nice.
A Sandman Mystery Theatre series by Brubaker and Lark would be great.
I could read the hell out of a New Gods series by Neil Gaiman and Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez.

I was a bit surprised at the first thing that came to mind, but I'll say a full 100 issues of James Robinson and Paul Smith on Leave It To Chance. Probably my favorite art on any book ever and it had the potential to be another Bone.

I'd love to see a Kirby Krossover of the New Gods and Thor with Sinnott or Royer inking involving Darksied, Odin, Loki and Galactus.
