I don't get why Hulk asked Iron Man to tell Thor to lay off him? Hulk should've voiced his displeasure of Thor's fashion critique like a rational adult. I mean that is what you think of when you think of Bruce Banner's alter ego?

Why would Hulk take fashion advice from some long-haired hippie like Thor?
Hulk probably had five toes in Kirby's pencils,but Reinman just didn't feel like inking the extra two.Could've been worse;if Coletta was doing the inks,he would not have even bothered inking the feet at all.
