The Daleks bedevil Dr. Who.The Stormtroopers put the War in Star Wars.Klingons fight with everybody in Star Trek.Put them in battle against each other, who would prevail?

Or perhaps there is another race who would crush them all like bugs?

The Daleks wouldn't stand a chance against either of the others. They can't even climb up stairs for crying out loud! Nor do they actually seem to command all that much firepower.

The Klingons would surely win if they could manage to draw the Stormtroopers into a fight with edged weapons. Using sci-fi energy weapons the Stormtroopers would probably have the advantage of superior firepower, even granting that they are invariably awful shots.

All three of the above have a way of managing to look incompetent when battling their respective nemeses, a knack they share with the Cybermen.

The Predators, or whatever they're called (if they're called anything besides Predators). Or the Aliens (same deal).

The movies seem to show the Predators more and more having some sense of "honor" in hunting, therefore I would have to agree with you that the nastiest aliens are Aliens.

Well my first impulse was to say that from the perspective of a lifetime Doctor Who fan the Daleks would get their asses kicked...but then I remembered how bad Stormtroopers were at actually hitting anything and how often Worf got his ass kicked and the choice became a lot harder. As so many loser fans who want to take the humour out of it all I feel the need to also point out that the Daleks have been able to climb stairs since sometime near the end of the classic series. I think Paulo's got the idea though, stick Predators in there and they are all screwed.

Oh I haven't seen any Predator stuff besides the first one, yeah Aliens work too they were kind of my first though, but then only having seen the first Predator, somehow I thought they worked better when he pointed them out, if you say later stuff changes that though, I will fall back to my original thoughts on the subject.

The Daleks can climb stairs now, huh? Well, that would change things. I have to admit, I haven't kept that up to date with Doctor Who developments.

Well actually sorry no fake fan here, they can't climb stairs, they can hover.

As it is, I still love jokes about them not being able to climb stairs, because it's funny, I figured it was relevant to the discussion to point out that stairs weren't the obstacle that they used to be however. :P

The Borg from their first appearance. They reminded me of how much the Marvel Universe Sentinels used to creep me out.

What is that from?

Oh, and Borg. Altho the first appearance of the Weeping Angels was nightmare inducing.

Came out in '89. Quite possible for the own and not read category. I was busy with Baby Bubbles and got WAY behind on my reading.

One word: Levitate. They can fly now so they are a little more formidable than they used to be.
