Anybody seen this anywhere? Ditko is supposed to go in some detail about his work on Spider-Man,but I can't even find it online.

Tsk Tsk!! is Steve Ditko's 32-page Package #5. Its the best/worst of Ditko's word-association illustration collections. While I feel these would make great lecture/debate guides, there's little to do with any type of editorial content or certainly sequential art, if thats what you're after.
As to the Spidey-debate content, it boils it down in the last couple of pages, pp 29-32. It is clear Steve is heated about Stan Lee claiming any type of "creation" even as co-creator. That is, "What is a creation? A 1 or 2 page synopsis for the artist who must draw...?" or (an actual illustration by Ditko of Spidey/Peter.
