Is your answer the same as for your favorite piece of chicken? Or does it change with the scale-up?

I picked the stuffing. Not because I don't like Turkey, because I do, but I looooooove stuffing. I think I like pretty much all turkey, though I tend to eat more of the white meat than the dark.

Never had turkey livers or gizzards. They have good breast meat, and I don't even mind if it turns out dry. Smoked turkey legs are pretty good too.

Actually, turkey is often drier than chicken, so the white meat becomes less appealing, and the dark meat becomes more appealing.
The wing definitely isn't as good - too often, it's overcooked and too much of the skin is dry and leathery.
The drumstick is usually a treat, however, and actually fun to eat as you take it apart section by section and suck mineralized tendons clean - it's far more complex than a chicken drumstick, and you work on different muscles separately, unlike a chicken drumstick that you can virtually suck clean almost as if it's uniformly covered in one kind of meat. Done a grill, like at a Renaissance fair, turkey drumsticks are quite delicious, and I'd definitely rather have that while walking around, and probably a drumstick as a turkey leftover more than any other part.
Scaled up, the drumstick is more consistently the best piece.
A moist, tender, and flavorful slice of breast meat is pretty great, too, but that's harder to come by. It's often a crap shoot, and through no great fault on the part of the cook, a turkey could be dry, or tough, or lack flavor. Any one of those, and the breast meat isn't as good as a drumstick. OTOH, it is much harder to ruin a drumstick, or just get a turkey that has a bad drumstick. Dark meat is so much more forgiving that way.

While I love a good chicken heart, a turkey heart was kind of gross, and the turkey gizzard was much tougher. Of course, all liver has been consistently disgusting, so I never tried turkey liver.

I like the oysters - the little dollop of meat on the back over the hip bones.

My favorite part of the turkey is the gravy.
Followed closely by the tryptophan.

I know a few people who do not like the poultry. I, however, do like it and it was the first meat I started to eat after not being a vegetarian anymore.

Istanbul, Cappadocia, the Black Sea coast...it's hard to pick just one piece that's best!
