I usually go for the breast. I've also been known to fry up a big plate of chicken hearts and livers and then dipping em in ketchup

However, since my wife prefers to eat the breast, when we get a whole rotisserie chicken I end up eating the other parts.

I didn't put gizzards and livers because they aren't my favorite, but I do like to eat them once in a while when I get the chance. The restaurant where we normally have our community service club lunches serves fried livers once in a while. I feel like I've hit the jackpot whenever I catch them on a chicken liver day.
