YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She has had a tendency for LOTS of B-sides & bonus tracks (especially in Japan); I'm going to take a good look around at various bonus track versions before purchase.

Who, me?
If they don't end up using that art for the domestic version, it will be a crime. That domestic cover is awful. Poor photo, poor design, nothing going for it. The Japanese cover is great.

I've finished 2nd play. As many know I am a huge fan. With that said, I have to say that after the Purple Tapes (which was a collection of early demos & never meant to be more), this is her worst non children's album. It''s not awful (she's too good for that), but this is not up to her previous standards.
Here's what I think is the biggest reason, quoting her lyrics "The Worst": "I've been breaking my heart for the last 10 years: & it looks good, & it feels good too. Don't worry the, the worst is there to comfort you"
Like a few other artists, (Dan Fogelberg comes to mind), her best work was always when she was hurting. And apparently, like DF now that she's happily married, the pain that infused her best work is now gone (mind you I'm glad for her!).
This also feels like 2 separate albums: from track 10-14 it's pretty close to her old standards (those are also the more acoustic songs). The first 9 songs are hard rock & just don't feel emotionally authentic which is what I've come to expect from LL. They are also really compressed, at times to the point of physical pain.
Always glad to get new LL, but i find this somewhat disappointing. If you can afford it, I do suggest the Japan album for the 2 bonus tracks (13 & 14).
