A little late with this info, but there are several different bundles available directly from Forbert's website. Options include the CD, LP, deluxe 2-CD reissue of Jackrabbit Slim, an exclusive live CD, T-shirts, photos, harmonica, hand-written lyrics, and a disposable camera:

Also included is "Get Your Motor Running" -- recorded live in September 2011 in Meridian, MS with The Queen City Fever Band.
