The others were released some time ago by Rhino UK, but I don't see any domestic pressings listed.
I got that info from the Warner B2B site with those you mentioned as well as mine. SRP for all is $21.95. However, you're right... the ones I listed above aren't showing up on Amazon yet.

Blake Shelton is due out domestically on September 25th:
The US releases in the first post are mixed in with your link. The rest are UK pressings. (This series has been going on for a couple of years in England.) I assume -- or hope -- that all of them will eventually be released by Rhino domestically, but the prices at Amazon UK aren't bad at all.

djej: I don't see one for the Modern Jazz Quartet... what albums? (I don't see the Miles one, either, but he didn't make many albums for WB before he died.)
The Alice Cooper one looks like a good one. It even has the two Straight albums! (Which are the only two Alice Cooper albums I own on CD, incidentally.)
My De La Soul collection is lacking (I have the two-disc reissue of 3 Feet High and Rising, but that's it... my second-favorite rap album of 1989). I'm a bit confused by the selection: why did they skip over the first part of Art Official Intelligence (Mosaic Thump) and go straight to Bionix?
And finally: who, exactly, owns the rights to Booker T's Green Onions? I know Atlantic owns almost all of the Stax stuff up to 1968, but Concord just reissued Green Onions... (does anyone have it? does it have a "licensed from WMG" notice?)

Here are the Miles Davis and Modern Jazz Quartet collections. (They're mistitled at Amazon UK's listing pages, which is why they didn't come up in that link.)

Those are exactly the Miles titles I thought would be included (his entire WB catalogue is those five and two live albums).
All the albums in the MJQ box are in the recent Mosaic set, if you have the money. One bonus with this one (and one of my few complaints about Mosaic) is that here, you get the original cover art. Atlantic had some absolutely brilliant album covers in its first two decades.

Concord has the 1968+ Stax back catalog via their acquisition of Fantasy in (I think) 2004. According to this review, Green Onions is still controlled by Atlantic and is the first pre-1968 title to be included in the Stax Remasters series.

Just repackaged, Mark. They're supposed to be the most recent remasters that Warner has released for each album, although not all of them include bonus tracks.
