I'm with Don on everything except #2. I'd guess that #2 is Ron Wilson.

I'm wondering if #5 isn't from the British weekly Hulk comic. It seems to me that that took a more realistic approach. I'm trying to remember if John Buscema drew it, but I'm not sure.

Then again, I could be totally off base there.

Not Marie Severin but close. The Kirby Hulk looks like it is from a Defenders cover.

Is No. 2 Herb Trimpe again? As in he has 2 Hulk drawings on the page?

Ding! Ding! You are correct, sir! The trick was that Herb Trimpe changed the way he drew the Hulk over the years.

He was more Kirbyish at first. I liked his later renditions better, so in his case, I wouldn't say his old stuff was better.

Al Milgrom inked that Kirby Hulk on the cover of Defenders #43.
