Has anyone been to the Dortmund area of Germany, the Warsaw area of Poland, and Monte Carlo in general?
Are they pretty easy to get around in if you don't know much of the language?
I may be traveling internationally in the near future, and it helps to know this stuff!

Monte Carlo was pretty easy for me, but that was 20 years ago. Most German's learn English as their second language, but don't depend on them to do so. Have fun, be respectful, and life is good in Europe!
