I've seen a reference in a few places to the movie "There's Something About Mary" in an "Extended Version" on Blu Ray where the movie time is listed as 249 minutes. I find it highly unlikely that the movie was actually extended this much and I'm guess it's incorrect information. Does anyone know anything about this?

The extended version included on the Blu-ray is actually 130 minutes long. The disc also includes the original version, making for a total of 249 minutes -- that's for both versions, not one 4-hour movie.   http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001R10BF0/?tag=imwan-20

I kind of suspected that, but it was listed as the running time at multiple locations. Thanks for clearing it up Linda!
