Ah, Christmas day ... my significant other and I watch the 1st 4 in tow days. Then a week later went to see Rocky Balboa. What a great Christmas. I hadn't had a rocky marathon in almost a decade.

Zaki, whenever I'm in the mood to creep out my best friend (who is every bit the movie freakazoid that I am), I go into Stallone mode and do the whole "Rocky reacts to Mickey's death" scene.
"We got more to do!! We got -- Mick --" [some consonant-free weeping and wailing follows, capped off by "Nooooo!!" a couple of times]
That bit and "What favor?" gets him every time.
Useless skills are fun.

I like the first four Rocky's without reservation, without qualification. And, of course Rocky Balboa.
Rocky III is one of my fondest childhood memories. It's posted somewhere here on IWMAN, I believe.

Here's the Rocky III story that I posted a while ago in the Rocky Balboa thread:

Then we drove to a place called Putt Putt Golf and Games, and played arcade games non-stop, on Dad.
Then we saw Rocky III. Awesome. We came out of the theater swinging blows in the air at each other and jumping.
Not one of us gave a moment's thought to the fact that there were no girls at my birthday outing.
I think that was the last day I was truly a boy. It was like that movie Stand By Me or something.
