One condition---the movie versions must have a different starring cast from the TV shows. That's why none of the other Star Trek movies are listed,or the Naked Gun movies or The Simpsons movie.
I chose the Star Trek '09 film. The franchise had become easy listening music.Abrams and his crew brought some rock 'n roll into the mix.The new cast managed to evoke the classic characters without resorting to imitation.Had the storyline been more plausible, this would've been the best Trek movie ever.

Even the 09 trek has Nimoy. I'd call it a continuation. That said..really hard poll. Gonna go with the Fugitive.

Agreed.
The Fugitive.
Tommy Lee Jones ruled in that thing.

Miami Vice was pretty good.

For best I'd have to say The Fugitive as well.
For guilty pleasures, I was shocked how much I liked the Starsky & Hutch and Get Smart movies.

Adams Family. Amazing performances that didn't ape the TV show's cast.
The Fugitive was the story of two men instead of one. Great movie, but too far from the feel of the TV show.

Fugitive was pretty good.
Miami Vice is a dark horse for me. Not the best reviewed film, but I thought it was shot beautifully.

It's a Michael Mann film. It can't help but be visually beautiful.
But I don't think it's very good.

But I don't think it's very good. It must be interesting to live in a world where some films are visually beautiful without being very good.

the Addams Family movies are gold, but I have to go with Star Trek here. One of the best paced, if not THE best paced movies I've ever seen. Never a low point or dull spot.
