Wow, yet another big release for this year. They are happening like crazy now and of course, most of it is from the UK! Anyway, this is truly a great album and it looks like the whole Fascination mini-LP is included unless I missed a track!

Your thoughts echo mine as I bought the Dare/Love and Dancing issue back then. The earlier UK master of Dare was better imho.

Speaking of which, what happened to Love and Dancing? What is the point of adding a second disc when they don't include everything from the first one?

This was pushed back to June but apparently came out in the US already, not the UK. The reviews of the sound quality on New Wave Outpost have been outsanding which is unusual there because a lot of audiophiles rip things.
So, perhaps this has new mastering after all. The people on there have said that the Fascination Ep sounds especially amazing.
