Like Diamond should have been Comixology, WizardWorld.com should have been Newsarama.com or comicbookresources.com. Can they fix this mess and if so, what should they do?

Here's what I would do to start:

Announce that $5 of every single ticket sold to a WizardWorld convention would go to the Hero Initiative.

Revamp the website

Relaunch the magazine as a tablet edition and make it FREE!

Any thoughts?
