Product Description
Expanded edition of this 1979 album from the R&B band including two bonus tracks. In the late 70s, although Undisputed Truth may have moved away from their Motown pop soul roots, they were still getting production from Norman Whitfield, who knows how to keep the stormin' sound that always worked best with the band. Players on the session include Wah Wah Watson, Walt Downing, and Jack Ashford producing a sound that was not really disco, but more of an extended 'dancefloor' kind of sound that's still pretty funky.

Thank you Linda, I am a big Undisputed Truth fan and these 2 re-issues somehow got by me. I've been trying to get Reel Music to re-issue their debut album, but Paul Williams tells me it won't sell enough. Not a Wounded Bird records fan but I'm going to have to suck it up and tip my hat to them for not only re-issuing these but with bonus tracks as well.
