All over DC and Marvel in the 1980s and 1990s, best known for the "Fighting Chance" story in Captain America and the sci-fi "The Wanderers" for DC with Doug Moench, and the last story arc of Roger Stern's Starman.

Plus, he was REALLY good at drawing women.
