I hope there's going to be a Blu ray of this at some point.......I just went to the Eaglerock website and there will be a Blu ray.

I'm on the fence on cd & not interested on video. The Morse version of DP (Mk5? Mk6?) bores me more every year. IMO, Purpendicular was their best album, & live at the Olympic the second best. I don't own Abandon or Bananas. Don't remember if I've heard them or not. I certainly can't remember a single song from Rapture of the Deep & I definitely own it!

There's a thought: maybe we should do a DP album by album thread next. That would keep us busy for awhile!

I'd say at least give the title track from "Rapture" another spin or two...

I'll put it in my "to play" pile. I have the 2 cd edition, & I do remember enjoying the live disc 2.

A DP thread will be on the way. Abandon sucks, but Bananas is really good and Rapture Of The Deep is excellent.
Purpendicular is a masterpiece and we agree there!
P.S.
There WILL be a 2 CD release for this set.
