Hah I actually just drew a piece on the weekend and got it scanned and made it print ready. That doesn't happen very often so I am all proud of myself. So I need to show off. Hopefully it won't be as long since my next one.

lol You know I loved listening to Cradle of Filth the first time I heard them, because I laughed at how they were being so very serious and had voice mods that made them sound like Daleks at the same time.

I have some art I am not showing you but mostly cause I don't scan it, also I really don't have that much. I tend to do like one or two finished pieces every once in awhile I need to do more. This print sold well in Calgary btw, I only had one print and was selling it at 4 times what the person I had a table with was selling his for and I think I actually sold more prints than him anyway. I don't want to brag but at the same time it was kind of cool. I never woulda thought. what with him getting practice with his art on a daily basis.

Now I am sure some of that was that there just wasn't much Doctor Who art and stuff, but it still nice that I did well or at least well considering how badly prepared I was, my main intention was to help him promote his book, so the focus was on that till the last minute.

First review in an actual print newspaper that actually mentions my name, okay only briefly and I've had better online ones but hey it's still kind of neat, I am gonna pick one up today or sometime soon.

I am a giant fan and have been since I was 7. I follow the new stuff, but it's the old stuff that I love and have memorized.

The funny thing about this picture, is A) it sold way better than I expected and B) I had no idea whatsoever that a war Dalek episode with a Dalek war poster in it was coming out. I am surprised more people didn't think it was a rip off, but it was shortly enough after the episode that they might have figured it couldn't have been done so quickly. Kinda weird that it happened that way, like I said I don't really follow the new show enough that I would have picked up the info anywhere else and forgotten about it.

Actually it looks like you can read the whole preview we did for the comic con online, I'm pretty sure all the early pages are there, we added a pile to make it a full book. So I sold some of those zombie compilation books at work, I promised people I would include a sketch card with each purchase, they didn't want to specify what they wanted, so this is what I came up with. I figured I should do at least one of Miss Devilhead, though the microphone swinging thing might make more sense if you read the comic...not that I know when I'm getting around to drawing that. The Mod one is my personal fave

I'm not %100 pleased with them, but I was trying to do them in a quick sketchy way and not worry too much about them, it's a good experiment sometimes, but it's not what I'm best at.

Oh now that that zombie book has been out for quite awhile, I guess I can post the coloured versions of those pics up there.
