Looks like an actual live album as opposed to the "official boots" which are overpriced beyond belief. Don't know if the current Extended Versions (still on the charts since April) is from the same show, but it was recorded in the UK.
This is a full-length CD at a nice price and there will be seperate Blu-ray and DVD releases as well. No track listing yet.

Itunes has this available now with a slightly different setlist arrangement. Same songs except Burnin' Sky is after Run With The Pack.

It's been available via Amazon MP3 since July 2010:

This is what the Amazon page says:

Recorded at London's Wembley Arena in April 2010, this CD captures the reunited Bad Company doing what they do best, playing great songs to packed arenas with fantastic energy. The three surviving original members Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs and Simon Kirke (bassist Boz Burrell died in 2006), supplemented by Howard Leese on guitars and Lynn Sorensen on bass, deliver a set list featuring all the band's classic hits, live fan favorites and some rarely heard gems to create the ultimate Bad Company live album.

Eagle Rock have set a June 28 release date for Bad Company Live At Wembley simultaneously on DVD, Blu-Ray and CD.
When legendary classic rockers Bad Company performed at the historic British venue Wembley Arena in London on a beautiful April 2010 spring night, high-definition cameras captured the whole evening in all its glory.

There was magic in the air as all three original Bad Company members—vocalist extraordinaire Paul Rodgers, guitarist Mick Ralphs and drummer Simon Kirke—are augmented by bassist Lynn Sorensen and guitarist Howard Leese. (Original bassist Boz Burrell died in 2006.)

The set list is packed with every major hit, fan favorites and seldom-heard deep album cuts. The DVD and Blu-Ray includes a band interview.

Bad Company burst upon the rock'n'roll scene in 1973, and was immediately dubbed a super-group by fans and press alike, as its members all came from very successful popular bands: Free (Rodgers and Kirke), Mott The Hoople (Ralphs) and King Crimson (Burrell). They lived up to the hype for nine straight years with a string of six soulful hard-rocking albums. After a four-year break, they got back together in 1986 minus Rodgers (who had formed The Firm with Jimmy Page) with Brian Howe (vocals) and Greg Dechert (keyboards). Rodgers returned in 1999 when the original lineup reunited.

DVD and Blu-Ray Track Listing
1) Can't Get Enough
2) Honey Child
3) Run With The Pack
4) Burnin' Sky
5) Young Blood
6) Seagull
7) Gone, Gone, Gone
8) Electric Land
9) Simple Man
10) Feel Like Makin' Love
11) Shooting Star
12) Rock And Roll Fantasy
13) Movin' On
14) Ready For Love
15) Bad Company
16) Deal With The Preacher

CD Track Listing:

2) Honey Child
3) Run With The Pack
4) Young Blood
5) Seagull
6) Gone, Gone, Gone
7) Electric Land

Why did they have to drop "Burnin' Sky" from the CD? annoying. I do think this is the same show as the Extended Versions CD, so really this only adds 5 more songs. Plus, Mick Ralphs' guitar playing is horrific. Absolutely terrible, sloppy and pathetic and a struggle to listen to. So, if this is the same show, I think I'll pass.

(Not that I like it but....) "Burnin' Sky" was probably dropped to keep it a single disc. I think they were doing straight 90 minute sets (that's what Atlantic City was).

I already pre-ordered it....don't have Extended Versions, so I'll stick with it.

Something (I have no idea what) has gone wrong with Ralphs. He also wasn't very good on the Mott reunion or the Hunter/Ralphs tour.

He did have some kind of problem I think - and he had surgery for it (hip perhaps) ? Maybe he is playing better now (?).

I hope so, but not on this release. "Electricland" and "Ready For Love" in particular were brutal.

Disappointing to hear that. I'll probably pick this up anyways.

Maybe that's why they brought Howard Leese on?

Gotta think so, and he's a very underrated player. Loved his work with Heart. But the Extended Versions disc doesn't seem to lend much to his playing-it seems he basically sucks it up for the good of the band and lets Ralphs mangle things, but maybe there's more to Leese in the other tracks. Leese does a few nice harmonies and he might solo here and there-I'd have to listen again.
I'd really like to get this, but man, it's just tough to listen to, but I'd like to hear what others think. I don't think I'm being too harsh because I'm a Bad Co. fan big time, but it was painful to hear. I hope I was hearing things wrong, but I don't think so.

I picked it up over the weekend. It's OK. I have a feeling Leese is doing most of the lead guitar - it sounds too technical/widdly/different than Mick Ralphs to my ears. In spots I can hear both playing in tandem.

Nice to have a live version of Electricland, not sure if I have that on anything else.

Rodgers voice is very strong in the mix and sounds great. I thought I noticed at 2 songs where it seemed like he was starting to sing the words "ME" when he meant "YOU" or vice versa though, maybe in SIMPLE MAN and I forget what else.

Too bad a live CD/DVD of the 25th anniversary reunion was never released. Boz was still around back then.

Is this significantly different from the 'Bad Company - Hard Rock Live' released last year, other than the obvious different venue? The setlist looks pretty close

Very easy to find the PPV show from Orlando on that tour. I recorded that and still have to transfer it to DVD, but you can find it anywhere.
It was a good show, and I saw that tour in 1999 in 100 degree heat in Philly and they were great and very tight. Nice crowd of around 12,000 was there. David Lee Roth opened.
