What do you all think? So far this isn't matching up to the quality of Whose Line for me.

Agreed, while the new show has had a few inspired moments, it's lacking some of the magic of the original "Whose Line Is It Anyway" (US or UK version). Sometimes it seems that they are just trying too hard, instead of just letting it happen

I think it would be okay if they seriously trimmed down the setup time, the
walks through the audience, and so on. The beauty of a show like this is
that you can film a lot of it cheaply, and then edit it down to just the good
parts.

But, you do need to edit it down to just the good parts. This should have
been no more than ten minutes worth of stuff. I had to fast forward through
a lot of it.

And yes, Drew's hair looked really bad.

Worst game show ever.

No Laura Hall on piano = FAIL.

Massive, catastrophic, apocolyptic FAIL.

I don't feel like watching it. Whose Line lost its appeal to me after a while. Just started to feel repetitive. Didn't like that stupid green screen show at all. I'm sure this is better than that, but I can't imagine its actually worth watching. Maybe I'll check it out later.

The biggest problem with Whose Line is that as it went on it just became more and more apparent that the show was a lot funnier to those performing it than it was to anyone else. This suffers from the same problem.

Lost all respect for Drew yesterday when I found out he supports Jenny McCarthy's anti-immunization "charity". Way to spread disease and kill kids, Drew.

Children. And I will continue to be profane about it.

My first thought about this show is that it was a double-dipper - it could be fairly profitable as a Vegas live show, and reselling it to GSN was just gravy.

That kind of crap is just so crazy, I actually knew someone who was a nurse who bought into that hooey. It's paranoia and conspiracy theories interwoven with crappy science and it's just dangerous.

The same nurse was also one of those germaphobes with a tendency to use antibacterials all over the place, which actually can cause problems. Allergies in children and the creation of so called "super germs" which can't be killed by aforementioned antibacterials (basically what's left over after 99.9% of the germs die). </rant>

It just baffles me.

I remember seeing anti-immunization propaganda all over the office of my ex's chiropractor. Just creepy.

I think he started losing something for me when he became host of The Price Is Right.

That certainly didn't endear him to me. That said, I can't begrudge him a steady paycheck. Hosting the Price is Right is a good gig.

Oh, totally.

Granted I'd only ever watched a few of his early PIR shows, but it seemed to me that he was secretly making fun of the contestants, that he wasn't fully genuine in the moment.

For the few minutes a contestant was on stage Bob seemed to be interested and real.

I haven't seen him on it and never watched it beforehand, so I don't know about that. That certainly isn't the way a game show should act.
