That really is bizarre. Were it not for that suggested resemblance, it would actually be a cute kitten.

We had a cat with a black "mustache" years ago. He didn't look like Hitler. He looked more like a common thug. Some people thought he had chunk missing from his lip. Sweet-natured cat, though.
