Our wacky upstairs neighbors here at IMWAN have declared it to be "Big Giant Head" weekend (must be 3rd Rock fans), so I thought we'd try a tie-in for the Friday List: Head songs. (No, not that kind of head songs--you know what I mean!) Let's try to keep it general to "head(s)", not specific parts thereof. Let's get a head start on the weekend!

Can't Get It Out of My Head--ELO
Can't Get You Out of My Head--Kylie Minogue
Goin' Out of My Head--Little Anthony & the Imperials
Head Like a Hole--Nine Inch Nails
Debbie Gibson Is Pregnant with My Two-Headed Love Child  --Mojo Nixon

Good one--I could burn a whole CD's worth of "head" songs...those which haven't been mentioned yet:

"Bald Headed Lena"--The Lovin' Spoonful
"Bald Headed Woman"--The Who
"Five Sleepy Heads"--Elvis Presley (from the film "Speedway")
"Hard Headed Woman"--Elvis again (from the film "King Creole")
"Head"--Prince (O.K., maybe this song doesn't count)
"Head First"--Aerosmith (Ditto)
"Head Over Feet"--Alanis Morisette
"Is It In My Head"--The Who (again)
"Out of My Head and Back in My Bed"--Loretta Lynn
"Pinhead"--Ramones
"Pledge My Head To Heaven"--Keith Green
"Red Headed Woman"--Brice Springsteen
"Sweet Head"--David Bowie (probably doesn't count either--a la Prince and Aerosmith)
"Tear The Top Right Off My Head"--The Monkees (NOT from either their "Head" or the "Headquarters" albums)

Finally, in the album category, you have John Entwistle's "Smash Your Head Against The Wall".
