It's Brotoro's Homage Avatar Weekend.
My usual avatar contains a Totoro. Over the past couple years I have made homages to various people's avatars by making versions of their avatar that contains a Totoro, and then wore them for a while. Several people suggested that we had enough by now to have a Totoro-themed weekend (I've made a total of 78 of them, I think). Because tomorrow is my birthday, this seemed like a good time.
