Here's the thread where you post characters who are not only citizens of another country besides the USA -- but was also created by non-US citizens. So, Wolverine doesn't count (unless Len Wein is Canadian) but Ultraman does.

See?

What was the name of that show when they tried to launch it here in the US? Masked Rider, right?

And I believe Walter Langkowski had dual citizenship... so what's your point? They aren't an American superhero team. That makes them "foreign" from my perspective.

Well, I do believe John Byrne came up with these characters in his head and sketched them out while he was still a Canadian citizen and not yet an American citizen, so unless someone can debunk that, I think I'm still ok.

Pretty much. Also, they debuted in X-Men, and I'm basically trying to avoid the whole American comics thing here to see what the rest of the world creates in the way of superheroes.

One of the original incarnations of the Tomorrow People from Thames Television in Great Britain. They were a plain clothes, sophisticated version of the X-Men, I suppose. They all had telepathy, telekinesis and teleportation powers. The original run of the show was from 1973-1977, I believe. But American audiences didn't get to see them until they aired on Canadian channel Nickelodeon in the '80s. It was like Doctor Who for kids.
