Spinning to Infinity is the name of my first webcomic in about five years. It's a Sunday comics format (comics page turned on its side horizontally) posting 2-3 times a week.
Each installment is a self-contained story with a new artist with a new genre, but a common theme that ties all the stories together. No genre or artist will appear more than once (at least at first).
Our own AJ Jothikumar is thinking about participating if he likes the script.
I've got 18 artists so far, and I've done one script and counting. I'm letting the artists decide what they're most comfortable drawing and then building a script off of that. Though I own the overall universe, all the characters and settings drawn by that days artist are co-owned by the artist. Plus, other than the Web, I plan to pursue iPhone/iPad and print for this project.
Here's a list of subjects they'll be tackling, assuming they're OK with the script I send. I'm really excited about this, guys and gals.
----------
Fauns and nymphs, bulls and minotaurs in ancient Crete (this is the one I've written so far, and artist Mavin "mpMann" Mann really liked the script).
A setting in Venice
Some sort of 40s/50s detective story
Something like Scott Pilgrim or Archie (if the writer of Archie had been dropped on the head, perhaps)
Tarzan type stuff and of course superhero
John Carter of Mars riff
Superhero/science-hero (sci-fi/adventure)
Something with a Silver Age tone or anything in an ancient or B.C. setting
Action / horror / sci-fi stuff
Moebius future/fifth element style super detailed robot stuff
Wild West, Elizabethan England, or '70s funk
Space girls fighting alien monsters
As long as i can get the western (This is AJ's.)

A zombie story sounds like fun
A detective or adventure pulp type story
Mythology like faeries, witches and mermaids, and fairytales
Outer space, for instance. The future. A western or historic. The 60's. A desert island. Anything!
Dinos, detective or astronauts

I'll post some art here when I get it!
