I just bought this at Wal-Mart yesterday because I thought it looked sharp and I haven't bought an "underoos" style t-shirt in over 10 years. When I got it home, it occurred to me that the colors seemed familiar to me somehow, but I can't place it. What does this color variation on the bat-oval represent? Batgirl?

I think you should wear that shirt in public as often as possible.

If you ride a Harley you've got enough charisma to pull off things you might not otherwise pull off. And I'm saying this as someone who rides rice-grinders.

Please don't encourage Darin to pull off his t-shirt.

When I ride, I ride a Harley.

It looks like the '70s licensed Batman, whose cape and cowl had faded into sky blue for a lot of toys, t-shirts and sometimes in the comics themselves. Batgirl would preferably be a yellow bat, with no oval, on a purple t-shirt. But the company might have meant this to evoke Batgirl, or maybe they just licensed the symbol and have no idea what colours it's supposed to be. :)

Wear it in good health.

I'm thinking it's a Batgirl shirt.

The t-shirt isn't a woman's cut, so you should be "safe."

If you put a skull on it, you could be the first member of the Batgirl Revenge Squad.

Now that'd work. Like your own personal Batmobile.

There is no such thing as a man's cut t-shirt. It's woman's and unisex. Women's cut being divided into a regular cut and babydoll tee (which are more fitted). Microbrain.

Very nice! Now if the bike was just the same color as the shirt...
