I just re-read this trade and still believe that Dini should be EIC of DC. Some good stuff there, especially some of the fillin artists like Dan DeCarlo (yay).

He is writing some cool Batman stories (continuing from his TEC run) in Batman Streets of Gotham...the recent two parter dealt with the "carpenter" - a new villain who helps build and customise bases and traps for other super villains. Fun stuff.
Dini's new Zatanna series is getting good reviews as well..have not read it yet though!

The first issue of Zatanna was very good, and the artwork is gorgfous.
