And he gave Marcy Runkle quite a thrill on last season's "Californication".
Seriously, he gave a wonderfully inspired performance playing himself, and they pretty much hit all the rock star stereotypes. Kudos to Rick for having enough of a sense of humor about himself to do it.

I think it was pretty obvious from his album covers (Working Class Dog, etc) that Rick had a sense of humor about himself and didn't take the rock star thing all that seriously.
