As I mentioned in another thread, I recently ordered the first three Madness remasters (on the Salvo label) from Amazon UK. The items shipped right away and arrived quickly...almost. Because the box was a little too big and wasn't completely sealed, one of the items fell out in transit. Another CD was hanging partially out of the box, but at least it got here.
I e-mailed right away and explained the problem. Within 24 hours, not only had they shipped another copy of the missing CD -- no questions asked -- but they gave me a £3 credit toward my next order. Now that's customer service! Three cheers for Amazon UK.

I've also gotten great cs from Amazon.UK, usually much better then USA.
