PC Richards just delivered my new Weber gas grill and its a beaut. Decided this time to get a Weber grill instead of those cheapie $200 gas grills that rot in 2 years.

Now what to cook tonight. :shush:
Maybe some Kobe beef hamburgers with sharp cheddar cheese and bacon?
Toast the buns and have a side of macaroni salad? Fries?

John-it's 85 degrees here in Philly today and it will be 90 tomorrow. Slap on some Kobe beef burgers (yes to cheddar and bacon) and I'll be there in a few hours!

I went to the butcher (Farmingdale Meat Market) and picked up a few of their famous 1946 Blend Burgers. Their 1946 Blend is a rich mixture of Kobe Brisket, Boneless Short Ribs, Prime Aged Rib Cap and Angus Chuck. Talk about juicy and good. Mmmmmmmmm.........

The new grill cooked them deliciously. Nice seer to the outside and plenty of juice inside.
Now thats grilling! :)
