Hooray... new music from the Wilson sisters! The supporting tour of the same name kicks off April 15 in Chattanooga, so I'm guessing the "June" release date for the CD is pretty likely.
Linda adds — the album is now scheduled for release on August 31st:
1. There You Go Again 2. WTF 3. Red Velvet Car 4. Queen City 5. Hey You 6. Wheels 7. Safronia's Mark 8. Death Valley 9. Sunflower 10. Sand

Good news. Geff, Heart currently are: Ann, Nancy and Craig Bartock who has been there on guitar since 2004-he's very good and tasteful Ben Smith who has been the drummer since 2002 Debbie Shair on keyboards-she joined around 2004 and I think they have a new bass player in Kristian Attard who joined in 2009
They're still a great live band, though I miss the classic 70s lineup. I really liked Jupiter's Darling so I hope this album is as good.

The producer is Grammy-winner Ben Mink (k.d. lang/Barenaked Ladies). They apparently performed six new tracks from it at a live DVD shoot in Seattle about a week ago. These included "WTF," "Hey You," "Safronia’s Mark," "There You Go," "Sand" and the title track. I'm seeing a June release date in some postings and July in others. I won't be more excited about another new release this year.

Just watched the updated version of Heart's Behind The Music on VH1 Classic last night. The last segment of the program covered the last decade and Heart's re-emergence. They even mentioned that Heart is "working on new material for a 2010 release."

This photo was included in an email announcing Heart's concert this summer at Meadowbrook. Looks to me like the girls have gotten face lifts.
NOTE: The photo that I originally posted was different. Apparently this is some kind of animated jpg or something I don't know the proper term for. But they do look a little different to me.

My Dad of all people saw Heart a couple of weeks ago in Phoenix as he and my Mom were visiting my cousin and her husband. My Dad and my cousin's husband who is a big Heart fan went and saw them in a theater in Phoenix. I told my Dad he'd be blown away and he was. He said they played 3 new songs incuding the title track and he gave me a review of the show which included some real surprises to me like "Cook With Fire", "Heartless" and "What About Love" (I didn't see them in the 80's so I've never seen them play this all the times I've seen them). They also played "What Is And What Should Never Be", one Zep cover I've never seen them do. Sounds like another great show. He said the new songs were good and one was Bluesy.

Heart recorded a song called "WTF."
