watched "up in the air" last night (great film BTW)

the CSNY "taken at all" did sound different to me than the one on the box set, but it was hard to tell without being able to compare.

the graham nash version of "be yourself" was absolutely different from the the one on "songs for beginners". a solo version with just nash and an acoustic guitar.

question:

has anyone been able to compare the "taken at all' soundtrack version with the box set version? are they truly different?

Renny, just checked Amazon. They show Be Yourself as "demo version"

They also show Taken At All as being by "David Crosby'.

i saw that too, but the credits on the film said CSNY.

"be yourself" is from the CSN "demo's" album.

"taken at all" times out the same as the box set version, the snippet i heard sounds like the box version too.

so i don't think there is anything unique on this soundtrack.
