Dragonslayer for sure. Vermithrax Pejorative is easily the best onscreen dragon ever. Nice dark plot twist too.
The Korean Dragon Wars (a.k.a. D-War ) is zanily entertaining.

We'll have to see how The Hobbit turns out.

I don't think I've seen Dragonslayer. I'll add it to my Netflix queue.

Totally forgot about D-War... I had "European" dragons on the brain, I guess.

I liked some elements of Reign of Fire... the psuedo-scientific explanations were fun.

I think it's funny that the actor who played the hero in Dragonslayer went on to play really dorky guys on shows like Ghostbusters 2 and Ally McBeal.

Bannings: One too few . . .
I saw Dragonslayer in first run and thought it was good. It was not trite and predictable.

I'm still waiting for a good dragon movie. Dragons are cool. Movies are cool. Dragon Movies, thus far, suck. I really don't get it.

There will be a kids 3D dragon movie coming out real soon. Perhaps it will be the go to dragon movie? I remember Reign Of Fire and Dragonheart (with Sean Connery as the voice of Draco). Neat stuff. Will Clash Of The Titans have a dragon?
