IMWAN needs a Taft!

I'm thinking of auctioning off this old Tom Burgos drawing on ebay. It's a huge piece.... 13 3/4" by 16 5/8". I just want to know if the guy Jennifer is fighting is Blastaar or if it's an original villain...
