Product Description
Mama's Pride were a southern rock band, led by brothers Danny and Pat Liston, in the style of The Allman Brothers Band with great Blues jams. They issued two rockin' albums in the 1970s on Atlantic Records. The eponymous Mama's Pride was originally issued in 1975 and Uptown & Lowdown was originally issued in 1977. Southern rock fans will eat this up! Wounded Bird. 2008.

When I first saw the thread title, I thought for a moment about the band Mama Lion.
They weren't so good, but Lynn Carey was sure prettier than the Mama's Pride boys.

Well her Penthouse photo spread at the time was interesting, too.

But St. Louisans know Mama's Pride well. Anyone who likes the Allman's will like them. Good jam band in its day.
