That's Bibb with Booker "Bukka" White's National steel guitar. I don't know if the songs will be all Bukka White's, but Bibb always does a great job with Delta Blues anyway.

Actually, none of the song's are Whites. They are all originals except for a cover of Blind Willie Johnson's "Nobody's Fault But Mine". It seems that after a gig in London some time ago, a fan approached Bibb with White's original guitar in hand. The fan had purchased the guitar years ago, and asked Bibb if he'd like to play it. Bibb did so, and was inspired to make this record and dedicate it to White.
