The last category reminded me that I'm behind on my cigarette consumption today.
I'll be right back.

I think it's something like treating a woman with the love, respect, reverence,
and enthusiasm one would treat a really special TV remote; pushing all the
right buttons to achieve a pleasurable experience.
But it's been ages, so I'm doing this from memory.

What, you don't watch television anymore?

There can be only one. ;-)

Actually, I should finish my story about the last comic book collectors on Earth.
It's a pretty idea, I think.

And then Tommy Tomorrow drew his sword, shouted "There can be only one!"
And with a swing that would make Babe Ruth envious
removed John Beach's head with speed enough to ensure he felt no pain.
"Now, ALL the comics that exist are mine!" Tommy shouted in a voice
drunk with a near sexual pleasure. "And if anyone thinks this story is going
to end like Burgess Meredith's Twilight Zone, I have a sword swing for you too!"
-The End-

But Tommy Tomorrow forgot about Jilerb, Beachy's brother. An easy oversight since he had only been concerned about comic book collectors, and Jilerb was not counted amongst those ranks.

Outraged at his brother's death, Jilerb threw sulfuric acid into Tommy Tomorrow's eyes, permanently blinding him. Throwing acid is wrong, in some people's eyes, he thought, but not in this case. Then, having done far worse than kill Tommy Tomorrow, Jilerb left him amid the largest comic book collection in history.

Nope, not like Burgess Meredith's Twilight Zone episode at all, he thought. This is a tale of justice.

- The Real End -

Unbeknownst to the unwashed masses, John Beach had cloned himself for spare parts, but
the clone learned of this and locked the real John in the underground, temperature controlled
comic vault—with nothing but a lifelong supply of beef jerky, frozen grapefruit concentrate, and
and a working plumbing system, AND at least one copy of almost every comic ever printed.

Waitaminnit! I misread "brother" for "mother".
I may need to consider a rewrite.
