It looks like some of his soundtrack albums are also being released at budget prices early next year. I guess they are replacing the old twofers.

Yes it was. I distinctly recall visiting the old Elvis Presley Museum down in Kissimmee way back when and seeing the original registration for one of Elvis' cars showing his address as being on Elvis Presley Boulevard. A quick Google search also brings up Elvis' last will and testament, from March, 1977 (http://www.ibiblio.org/elvis/elvwill.html); Charlie Hodge's address is listed as 3764 Elvis Presley Blvd., which, of course, is Graceland.

And I just found this page, which includes a scan of a March 1974 check written by Elvis which also gives his address as 3764 Elvis Presley Blvd. http://www.elvis.com.au/presley/stutz.shtml

According to this website, a stretch of Highway 51 South, which runs past Graceland, was renamed Elvis Presley Boulevard in June 1971.
