Product Description
Recorded in 1996, Keys to Ascension highlights a series of brilliantly-staged live concerts at The Fremont Theatre in California’s San Luis Obispo. Great vision, stunning technical ability, incredible improvisational skills and imaginative presentation of ideas. Also includes the Yes: Live in Philadelphia show.

This is a good one. Looks to be a reissue of the VHS/DVD of the reunion concerts that brought back the Anderson/Wakeman/Squire/Howe/White lineup for a brief shining moment in 1996. Good show, although some of the visual stuff that's laid on top of the concert footage is a bit pretentious, though not nearly as annoying as the 9012live video.

Some good performances and enough stuff to please most fans of seventies Yes -- they even include "The Revealing Science Of God" for those Tales Of Topographic Oceans types who can't get enough of that album.

I dunno. I remember the music being quite good, but the video quality as being cheesy with very few cameras involved, crappy looking graphics and lame picture quality. Been a long time though since I saw it, but I immediately sold it when I first purchased it way back. It would have to be pretty cheap for me to consider this one, but I just remember it being so crappy. Again, been over a decade since I've seen it, so maybe I was too harsh.
Also, if I recall, the 9012Live DVD removed those horrid, dated video inserts. I never bought it so I can't say for sure. It wasn't even close to the whole show so I never bothered as I have 2 pro shot full shows from that tour although both are a bit on the dark-looking side.

The 9012Live DVD offers the option of watching the concert with or without the pretentious video animations. I have never watched the DVD with the original edit, though I probably should just for a laugh.

They lost the original negative to the 90125 concert from what I read. I have laser of this from Japan and it is superior to the DVD.
