I had ordered a live cd/dvd of this group a few weeks ago from Amazon. Today I received a e-mail from Amazon informing me it was now only available as a dvd. Does anyone have an explanation for the cd's demise?

The CD part of the package was cancelled, now it's only coming out as DVD and Blu-ray videos. AFAIK the band hasn't announced why they decided not to release the CD portion.
If you still want it without the CD, then you'd have to reorder.
