That was my favorite too. Some of my favorite moments are the quiet ones, such as

When the Confessor says "well done Brian" when he deduced who he was
When he tells Brian that his father sounds admirable, and he would have loved to have met him
At the end when Brian realizes his dad WAS a hero.

"Confession" is my favorite story-arc as well, but "The Nearness of You" is my favorite single-issue story.
